We totally get it — ordering online can be tricky, especially with little ones who grow like weeds! Because we’re a small shop and most of our pieces are made to order or produced in limited runs, we aren’t able to offer returns at this time.

Your bamboo pajamas love a little TLC:

• Wash cold on a delicate cycle with like colors
• Use a gentle detergent (nothing fancy — just skip bleach + fabric softeners, which can be harsh on bamboo)
• Tumble dry low or — even better — hang dry like the laundry boss you are 🧼💕

Bamboo can shrink if it gets too hot, so low and slow is the way to go.

No need for the dry cleaner — these jammies are proudly wash-at-home fabulous. ✨

Preorders are advanced purchases made on new items that are currently in production. Placing a preorder reserves your item before it arrives at our shop. It's the best way to guarantee you don’t miss out!

1. Payment is due at checkout. Preorders are charged in full when placed to reserve your items.
2. Preorders are final sale. Because preorder items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once your order is submitted.
3. Estimated arrival: Preorder items are not on hand and typically ship within 10–12 weeks, though timing may vary depending on production and shipping timelines.
4. Delays can happen. While we aim to meet our timelines, please understand that delays (due to customs, weather, production, etc.) are sometimes out of our control.
5. Not sure you can wait? Please only place a preorder if you're comfortable waiting the full window.
6. Your preorder = your agreement. By placing your order, you're confirming that you understand and agree to these terms.
7. Preorders are non-transferable. Items will ship directly to the address provided at checkout — no exceptions for privacy and security reasons.
