We offer both Preorder and Ready to Ship items, so here’s what you need to know about how and when your goodies will arrive:

🕰️ Ready to Ship

Items labeled “Ready to Ship” will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. These are in-stock items that are packed with love and sent out quickly — perfect if you need something on the faster side!

🛍️ Preorder Items

Preorder items are made to order and will ship within 10–12 weeks after the preorder window closes. These pieces are in production and created just for you!

We’ll always keep you posted if there are any unexpected delays, and we appreciate your patience while your special item is being made.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• All orders are final sale. Because preorder items are made specifically for you and ready-to-ship inventory is limited, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
• Please double-check sizes, styles, and your shipping info before completing your order.
• We always recommend sizing up if you're unsure!

📫 Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Please note:

• We are not responsible for any delays once the item is in transit.
• If your package seems stuck or missing, we suggest reaching out to your local USPS or delivery carrier.
